Method
- Drain the tuna and corn and weigh the edible amounts shown. Finely chop the celery.
- Mix the tuna, corn and celery with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Spread the filling on one slice of bread, cover with the second slice and cut in half. This makes one sandwich; keep chilled if packing for later.
