Plan your meals. Get one shopping list.
MorselMetrics connects meal planning, recipe nutrition and shopping. Choose meals yourself or use Autofill, then build a list from the meals you actually plan to cook instead of starting from a blank grocery template.
From a week of meals to the groceries you need.
A grocery list you can actually edit.
Only the planned meals you choose are included. You can leave out meals you do not need to shop for, mark pantry staples as already on hand, change purchase amounts and add groceries such as coffee or household items.
If the meal plan changes, MorselMetrics can rebuild the ingredient side of the list while preserving your extra groceries and review choices. Recipe sources stay attached so you can see where an ingredient came from.
Use it on your phone or take it on paper.
Shopping mode turns the list into a tap-to-check-off view. Print preview can show the remaining items and opens your browser's print dialog, where you can print an A4 list or save it as a PDF.
This is generated from your actual plan, so changing what you intend to cook changes what you need to buy.
The planner checks more than calories.
MorselMetrics can compare planned meals with Australian and New Zealand nutrient reference values and show vitamins, minerals and macros for the people you are planning for. The shopping list comes after the plan, so the food you buy reflects the meals you chose.
